Our school is officially recognised by the Cervantes Institute which guarantees the quality of educational centres whose principle activity is the teaching of Spanish to foreigners all over the world. There are only about 60 schools in the country that have been accredited by the Institute. Some of the selection criteria are: suitable teaching resources, employment of University graduate teachers with experience, groups with a maximum number of students, proper attention to complaints and claims, clear information about prices and complementary services. The Cervantes Institute checks schools with accreditation every year.

In 2003 we were granted the International Certificate of Quality Management ISO 9001:2000 which specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
